I have read a lot of books set during WWII, but I have never read one with this perspective!
This book follows a young girl who's parents make the tough decision to ship her off to America from London so they might keep her safe from the war.
She becomes attached to this family over the years and then goes back to her parents at the end of the war. It seems like the book follows her journey throughout.
The cover is beautiful and the title is very pretty. I'd definitely love to read the rest of this one!
