Thank you so much to Bookishfirst and the publisher for this book! I was very excited to receive my copy and this book did not disappoint. First off, I love the cover. Even if I knew nothing about this book, the cover alone would have grabbed my attention. That being said, the comparison of this book to The Outsiders, is another reason it grabbed my attention. I thought it was a really fun twist writing a book like this from a female point of view. The friendships, the danger, the drama all make for a really great story. This is the first book I have read from this author and I definitely plan to check out her other book, Moxie. I think this is a great read for the young adult audience as well. The fast paced speed of the book will most likely hold anyone’s attention and the authors writing style leaves you wanting more and more. Overall, this was a really good book.
