To put it simply, I loved The Outsiders. Even though this type of story doesn't fall into my usual or preferred genres, due to nostalgia and an unexplainable pull, this story has an appeal. With that said, it was a bit difficult for me to "get into" this story. I stumbled over the wording on the first page and, unfortunately, that was a bit of a turn off.
