I think this has potential. I loved The Outsiders as a teen and I think a mondernize feminist version of it will be a fun read. I do wonder what S.E. Hinton would think as she has been very vocal on social media about the place of The Outsiders in modern society and how she thinks her book is the best and nothing can compare. I don't care what she thinks, but I do wonder.
