I don't think 20 pages has ever gone by so fast! I was hooked from the first sentence and kept being reeled in until the end.
While the author never specifically mentions the date, you can tell by the scene she sets and terminology used that it takes place in the late 50's/early 60's time period. I love how she sprinkles in descriptions of the main characters without being boring about it.
This book cover is outstanding! The yellow lettering against the contrasting red background and confrontational stance of the model is eye catching and fitting to this story. I can't wait to read this one!!
