Bad Girls Never Say Die makes its mark as a feminist, gender-flipped reboot of The Outsiders. From this First Impression, we are immediately drawn to Evie, one of the "bad girls" living on the wrong side of the tracks in Houston circa the 1960's. After standing up for the one of the girls from the "right side" of the tracks, we know there will be more to their story.
The jacket cover is excellent - alluding to the 1960's setting and giving a very Joan Jet vibe. Overall, I can't wait to read more!
