I’m shocked and saddened that someone in a position such as Carmen Puliafito had, dean of the school of medicine, would act like he did. I have a hard time understanding someone who would abuse their power to hurt another human being. I also have trouble understanding how a school such as USC could become so corrupt and turn a blind eye to wrong doings going on. Money and power too often corrupt.
I admire people like Mr. Khan who see something happening that is not right and try to do their part to make sure justice is served. The same goes for Mr. Pringle and his investigative reporting. Unscrupulous behavior has to be stopped, no matter how powerful the person or institution.
