I don't read a lot of nonfiction, but this one was intriguing! A non-fiction thriller around true events unearthed by risk taking journalists; it sounds like a Hollywood based TV series I'd love to binge.
The writing style of the opening chapters however, did not convince me to keep reading. The delivery style felt stiff and it read like a non-fiction novel, whereas I was hoping for more finesse to make it feel more literary based.
This one isn't for me, but maybe fans of the genre would disagree!
