Not a story I know a lot about, but I'm interested to see what happened. I find it odd that Puliafito stepped down so quickly and doesn't seem to have ever gone back to medicine - not sure what the rest of the book will be about other than publishing the story, although it seems to be after the fact. Still, interested to see how it develops & would gladly keep reading.
