Devon Khan doesn’t realize what he has stumbled into as the fill-in at ‘The
Constance,’ a small 1920’s-era hotel in Pasadena. When he files a police report anonymously about the girl he witnessed who almost died of some kind of overdose, nothing is done….due to a very famous Doctor and Dean of a prestigious university being involved. He tries to go deeper, and finally, due to continuous stone-walling, contacts a reporter from the LA Times. This is a non-fiction expose of corruption at the highest levels, and it is a riveting read.
