Two sentences in and I was already completely interested and quite honestly invested in the story. I already wanted to know what happens next and if the characters actually find what they're looking for.
The writing is simply beautiful. So simple, without any hesitation, but suspenseful and intriguing at the same time.
The friend group seems to have an interesting dynamic and the banter is really capturing. As a basketball fan, I really enjoy that aspect of the book and their conversations, or ''arguments'' about it.
