As someone who has spent weeks on camping trips and is interested in tales of camping trips gone wrong, this story caught my interest. I think there are going to be a lot of different issues at play here, with arrogance and inexperience being the main one. I can't help but wonder if the trip isn't also an excuse to settle a score with an act of violence. It's hard to say with the little bit of knowledge that I have about the book, but something definitely goes wrong, and there is not unity and harmony among the group. Looks to be a thriller from many angles, with the group members not only having to survive the elements but each other. I'm interested to see who (if anybody) makes it out alive.
