This book definitely took me by surprise! It's out of my normal genres that I read but I'm going on vacation to Italy soon so I've just been reading all the fictional books about Italy that sound even remotely interesting to me. Auntie Poldi is a quirky, eccentric character who draws people in with her magnetic personality. This book was fast-paced and kept me hooked throughout the whole thing! I really enjoyed the mystery aspect of the story, the plot really revolves around the characters and the location. If I could ever describe a mystery as cozy, it would be this one. The setting was so atmospheric and it really pulls you into the book. This was a great way to step out of my bookish comfort zone!
