One thing that I liked about this first impression is the character of Aunt Poldi. She seems like a unique and likable character - I have to admit that I wish the story was told from her point of view instead of her nephews. This first impression doesn't give us a ton of information about the book, but rather about Aunt Poldi buying her house where the book will take place. Overall, I'm not very intrigued by what I read and the writing style is not one that I enjoy reading. Likely a great read for some, but not one I'll be seeking.
