This book seems like a good read for a weekend of relaxation. While I was only able to read the first chapter, the author quickly introduces the reader into the life of Aunt Poldi and her family, which are quirky in their own right.
Because this is a translated book, some of the places may seem a bit confusing at first if you are not familiar with Germany or how they write addresses, but that is a minor concern.
I am not sure how Aunt Poldi and the amateur sleuthing will turn out, but she seems like a go-by-the-gut type of gal, which can be fun to read.
