I was REALLY excited about this book as a whole. I remember reading a first impression and being BLOWN AWAY by how interesting this sounded. Upon reading the entire book, however, I found that I was interested in the story and the plot progressing, but the characters were hard to really be attatched to. I realize that's probably strange as the book itself does provide some deep insight into the characters, as their wishes literally come true, but they only get one. What someone wishes for can say a lot about their character. However, though i knew what may or may not have been important to each individual character, I didn't really feel like I knew them completely. I wish the author would have gone deeper into the characters, instead of just telling a story.
