Definitely an introspective look at the human desire

As You Wish is a Young Adult novel that looks into what it really means to wish for something. It puts on the pressure, especially for our main character Edon. He has to make such a big decision about what he wants for himself and for his future but is pulled is so many directions. I feel that readers--myself included--can relate to Edon since we are all faced with similar questions, such as am I doing the right thing? Am I making a mistake choosing this route? I like how Edon would go around town asking the other folk what they did and whether they had any regrets. All of these characters are colorful and make this story even more wonderful. It is certainly a heartwarming tale that anyone can identify with.
