The author gives us clues that these wishes may not always be granted as the wisher intends since it is stated that the wording must be carefully chosen. I am intrigued and excited to uncover the mysteries of the town, who has wished for what, and what wishes have gone wrong. Also, why does this town get wishes and who or what grants them?
