I love the plot already! If you have ever read, "The Monkey's Paw," you know that wishes can come with some messed up results. This book takes this premise even further. It is about a TOWN that has already had generations of wishes fulfilled. They know the consequences, and yet the townspeople stay, generation after generation. They hide themselves from others so no one else knows about them. Is it to keep the wishes to themselves or to keep others from destroying the world?
I must read more!

Book Cover
I love the cover. However, the wish is made in a cave so I am unsure why the boy is in his own yard under the vast night sky (of course, that might become clearer in later chapters). It is eye-catching though and the tagline is fun.
