A mother love for her baby, specially a mothers love for a boy after having three girls.... very good descriptive narration. You just feel that you are there. Your knees on the cold ground and you are smiling at the memory of holding a little bundle that smelled sweet and rarely made any noises. I really like how the characters/personality and temperament of the three sisters is described so soundly and at point by one word naming their feelings for the death of their little brother. So all in all a book that picked my interest as I’m sure it will be worth reading. Looking forward to the historical events and facts too. That’s what I love about this type of books, the medley of fantasy with history.
