I love historical fiction and when I read one of the characters name was the same as my daughter's less common name; I had to check it out. I devoured the one chapter quickly and already can't wait to see where Pauline's journey takes her and her family. After losing the sweet boy at such a tender age, I don't know how her heart can endure anymore.
