Wow! What a beautiful writing style Susan Meissner has. I've wanted to read some of her books for a while and just from reading this I see why they're so popular! Although it starts out on such a sad note I'm intrigued and eager to continue. I love that this book takes place during the Great War(WWI) but at the home front. I love books like that.
