The author speaks about humans' deepest fear: Death. She says what we all think but cannot express that well: that Life might be harder to handle than Death, and that, there is a place where 'Death seems to walk beside us like a companion rather than prowling behind like a shadowy specter'. One can be at peace with Death, and I do think that it is one of the key to actually live happier and focus on what really matters to us. I want to read more of Susan's book because I believe she has the ability to address issues and feelings that are deep to all of us but extremely hard to dissect and therefore discuss, but she does it wonderfully. Through hardship, she has found the way to handle Life in a stronger, clearer way, being able to face our more profound fear. The title of the book is therefore relevant, is she actually speaking about Heaven? She also uses descriptions very well. I am less sure about the cover though, the image, but it is ok looking.
