Holy Cow! This book was very good! I picked up this book after I had read The Wife Between US. This book had a very original story line. Jessica, a make-up artist working in New York City, decides to participate in an anonymous study on morality. While the questions may seem innocent, they are more than they seem. After Dr. Shields assess the results of Jessica's answers, Dr. Shields decides to take a special interest in Jessica, which begins a chain of events that lead to a brilliant ending that kept me guessing until the very end. The book allows the story to unfold using the povs of Jessica and Dr. Lydia Shields. The characters were well developed and complex. I found the layers were peeled back at a great pace. I can't get over that ending! It was so satisfying. I would recommend this book to those who love a story with great twist and turns. I look forward to reading more books by these two authors.
