My first book by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen was The Wife Between Us and I thoroughly enjoyed that so I was excited to contniue reading their work when I saw this one. Unfortunately everything else of theirs has been just... ok for me.
I think my real problem with this one was that I couldn't get into the whole set-up another-woman-to-mess-with-my-husband puppet master scenario. I appreciate that they are trying to avoid repeating overdone plotlines and they're being inventive, but it's just too much of a stretch for me.
I found myself just wanting to get this one done and not enjoying much of it at all.
