I love that this book has much of the same psychological suspense and twists that their first book had, The Wife Between Us.

I love all the twists in the plot; some I saw coming and some I did not. As Jess' paranoia grows, so does the readers. It really makes you question who to trust. The book alternates between Jessica's point of view and Dr. Shields and I first thought this would be a problem because I was anticipating leading the reveal with the two point of views but it certainly didn't do that! The ending was not what I was hoping for for such a dark twisty read but still very well done!
