Slow burn thriller
"It's easy to judge other people's choices...But what if you knew..."
I loved this book because it made you think. Think about your actions and the actions of the people around you.
"Often the person we judge most harshly is our self. Everyday, we criticize our decisions, our actions, even our private thoughts."
This book was extremely easy to read in the sense of the way it was written. Told in dual perspective the voices between the two were distinctively their own.
It focuses solely on one topic, morality and ethics. We are exposed to question that make the subjects think and drag Jess aka Subject 52 into a twisted moral and ethical dilemma. While Jess is answering the questions you cannot help but answer them yourself. It was very through provoking. Especially as we watch Jess suffer the consequences.
