I loved this book. Thrillers are one of my favorite genres and this book fit the bill.
It had an original plot line, with Jessica having her ethics questioned at a test she was never supposed to take. After her answers are liked, she gets the offer to participate in a longer study, which she takes as she needs the money badly.
It was kind of a creepy book as I found Dr. Shields is just basically an evil genius.
I loved the authors previous book, The Wife Between Us, and didn’t think they could live up to the hype and success of that book but I truly believe they did it with “An Anonymous Girl”.
The plot kept me turning the pages and even was a bit haunting in parts.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves psychological thrillers.
