Let me start by saying, I LOVE these authors!! The story of a struggling makeup artist in NYC, who lies her way into a morality research study (ironic much) conducted by a psychologist. She is drawn into the study as it pays her very well, but we always must keep in mind, everything comes at a cost.
I liked that there were few characters and all of them well developed, and the psychologist truly frightened me at times. It held my attention and stayed with me, probably because I am a psychologist! While it wasn’t my favorite of their books, it was all in all a good solid psychological thriller! 3.75/5⭐️
