What a thrill ride this book was. Seriously, I couldn't even take the rollercoaster of crazy this was. Every turn, and I mean every turn, was utterly bone chilling. This is the first book that I have read by Authors Hendricks and Pekkanen, and I will definitely state that it won't be my last. They certainly know how to keep the reader on their toes, me included.
I will say, the way the story builds is definitely compelling. I will also add that I enjoyed the POV shifts, and the way one of the POVs read. It was enticing. In fact, it helped the story to be more shocking. This is truly unlike any other book I have read and for that I really enjoyed it. I loved the underlying story, the secondary characters, the complete buildup of whats to come, and I loved the heroine. Go into this book blind or mostly blind, as in read the blurb and stop there. Be prepared to be wowed and mind blown!
I went into this book thinking I had an inkling of what to expect, well just call me clueless, because I came out not knowing anything!! An Anonymous Girl left me speechless and had me second guessing everything I read in this book, all the while making my skin crawl wondering what was around the next corner.
