A twisted book with a knock your socks off conclusion!
This is the most twisted book of deceit and manipulation that I have ever read! It was absolutely spell-binding and awesome! The reader is captured from the very beginning in the story of Jessica who needs money and Dr. Lydia Shields who will do anything to manipulate young females into her deadly spider web of lies and deceit. The other characters are important but none is more important at than Dr. Shields and the authors do an outstanding job of revealing her motivations little by little. The way her mind words is fascinating and very scary since she uses her brilliance to get Jessica into an impossible trap. What I really wanted to know was if Jessica would be smart enough to extricate herself or would die trying, so I was caught in the web too and just couldn’t stop reading. This is a wild ride that will lead you in one direction only to move off into a totally different direction. Fans of psychological thrillers will not be able to put this book down and even when you finish it, you will be questioning, “What just happened?” And then you will want to read it again, searching for al the clues you missed the first time.
