I love it. The beginning is very strong...the dullness and uncertainty of the protagonist's life, and then the reveal through her survey questions of her flaws and deeper concerns. I feel her being led down a path that even she suspects is dangerous. And yet, she is not able to stop this descent, and the guy behind the computer knows it!
