I only needed one chapter to know that this is a boo that I absolutely need in my life. It's already pretty fast-paced, which I love, and the main character appears to be some kind of traveling makeup artist who's struggling to make ends meet, which is unique and different. If An Anonymous Girl has half as many twists and turns as The Wife Between Us, then I just know that this will be an absolute favorite for all of next year. These women have a way with words, and I would love to have a physical copy to show off on my bookcase.
