This looks like an amazing YA novel that is relevant for today and also shows the racism and double standards throughout the years. I love how this follows Gibran in present day and also his Uncle Kevin when he was about the same age. The cover is beautiful and depicts the separation in history but parallel storylines in a really cool way. Very interesting!
