I was really impressed with this novel after reading the preview of it. This book is a thought provoking one that centers around the lives of two different African American students who attend prestigious schools in the United States and who struggle with racism and other hardships. I can already tell this novel is a powerful one and I am interested in seeing how both characters grapple with these issues throughout the story. The cover of this novel also strikes me as being very powerful.
