Meh 😐 I didn’t love or hate this book. It was just ok. The story was not particularly original. It alternates between 3 characters. I felt for the mother. The father was ok and the daughter was a typical teenage girl. There was nothing that really grabbed me but it was an easy and quick read.
Nina lives a privileged life but things are not always what they seem. Her son who used to be such a good boy is now living the life of a spoiled rich boy. He photographs a girl at a party half dressed and then posts it for all to see. Nina has to decide does she defend her son no matter what or does she do the right thing.
Tom is a single father to Lyla. Lyla wants nothing more to fit in at her rich school that she only got into because of a scholarship. She goes to a party, drinks too much and has a picture taken of her that is scandalous. Her father finds out and in Lyla's opinion over reacts. Tom has to figure out what is the best thing to do for his daughter.
