Emily Giffin's books are always thought provoking, with characters you want to root for, but who make terrible decisions. This story looks like it will be going through three perspectives, two adult parents and a teenager. While the preview I read doesn't get into the issues the book will be addressing, one can guess that issues of "class", social media and the #metoo movement will be part of the story. One of the main characters, Nina, has tried to give her son the best of everything, and with their wealth, has been able to provide a lot to him, and Tom, is a single dad, who is trying to provide for his daughter, while also trying to provide all the support she needs as a teenage girl. I am intrigued by this preview and will definitely adding to the TBR list.
