I finished this book last night and am still having trouble expressing how impactful it was for me. This is a story of Nina who is married to one of the riches men in her town and has everything her heart desires. They have a son Finn who just got accepted to Princeton and they are over the moon about it. Then the devastation occurs. One night at a party Finn takes a picture of a girl half naked who is past out on his best friends bed. If that isn't enough he tags it with a racist joke. Nina's world as she knows it comes crashing down around her.
Emily Giffin has been one of my favorite authors for years but this novel was so different, so out of the realm she usually writes, I was completely blown away at how amazing her writing was. She made me feel things in this novel for every character, even the ones that didn't deserve my sympathies.

I was mildly disappointed with the ending, but overall this was a great read, that is so important for parents today to read and talk about. I highly recommend you pick up this book and see for yourself what a great story teller Emily Giffin is.
