How interesting to read a story about teenagers narrated by the parents! Other than dialogue, the reader will only learn the kids' motivations for their choices and behaviors through the not-always-included lens of their parents' points of view. By the end of two chapters, at least two teens have made (perhaps typical) mistakes, one with predictable consequences, one with ramifications yet to be determined. I'm definitely going to want to read more!
