The characters I think will be what draws me in here.

I appreciate the direct and easy style of Giffen's writing here. Already it reads easily and has a good sense of humor while seeming to be very human as well. She manages to quickly introduce (and delineate) a number of characters that I already know I am going to look forward to getting to know.
