Fingers crossed that y'all pick me to be one of this novel's first readers. I could smell the lasagna as it was pulled from the oven. I understand Emily's unwillingness to go to the cemetery on her parents' anniversary, but she seemed to overact just a but...that's a good thing this early in the story. I can't wait to discover what is the diary that Emily discovers and what other interesting items and facts that she uncovers. I am curious to learn how Elizabet communicates with Emily---Sounds like perfect fall reading. And with its dueling timelines...well that my favorite style. Please pick me!!!
