Sabaa Tahir is a lovely writer, and I'm sure in the hands of someone of the YA audience this will be a successful book. It's just not the right one for me.
I was drawn to Misbah's narrative and I'd love to read a women's fiction version of her story. Unfortunately (fortunately?) I'm past the teenage rage stage of my life, so I'm going to pass on this one.
