What a strong storyline. This was altogether beautiful, heartbreaking, and engaging all in one. Additionally, this was a brand new author to me but it seems that her other work is popular among the book community. This book follows two teen immigrants who have face tragedy and adversity in America. I was really drawn into Sal and Noor's characters. I can see this as being one of the most highly-anticipated YA novels of 2022. This was fantastic!
