I cannot even imagining hiding such a huge part of your self for so long!!!! What a freedom to be found and to be at the age of 80?!? I wonder what it was like for the daughter to have to keep that secret but also to see how the world could be so mean and judge mental that you must hide such a huge part of yourself and change your whole life to fit what the world wants … my only hope is or the future that others do not have to continue to hide what makes them them, what they live, what brings joy and what really is no one else’s business as it does them and the world no harm
