Ralph comes out into the world and the only reliable person in the world he has to tell is his grandmom who keeps his secret he then goes I tot he armed foreces and meets Irene and marries her and has a daughter who he stays with until Irene passes and then his daughter tells all of her feelings during this crazy time in her life
