Great start to what seems to be a thrilling read. I really liked the cover, which resembles a playing card and shows how the two main characters are opposites. I also liked how invested we are in the two main characters straight away. Devon is someone you root for because he’s an underdog and Chi works too hard to be the best for you to root against her. I’m looking forward to see how the story progresses.
