What I always look for in new thrillers, YA or adult, is something different and diverse, so... "Ace of Spades" is right up my alley. This is a book about the only two black kids in a prestigious private academy who just want to succeed and instead end up with targets on their backs. I'm less impressed by the writing but still really want to read this. Cover art is absolutely stunning.
