First of all, I liked the pacing of this book. It moves quickly, and that makes it easy to read. While Devon seemed pretty relatable from the get go, I found it hard to relate to Chiamaka. I hope her character evolves throughout the story. I would be interested in reading more for that alone. The cover didn't catch my attention because I personally don't like covers with depictions of the characters.
