In the brief sample here, it starts a bit slow and then gets really interesting right when the sample ends. I can't wait until the full book comes out because it sounds very intriguing. This starts and goes into the story very much following and fitting the description of the book. It's a lot like, Gossip Girl meets Get Out with these two students who are chosen to be Senior Prefect and Head Prefect with one of them, Chiamaka being the rich one who worked hard to get there and Devon is there on scholarship and then secrets start coming out.
