I have been eagerly waiting for another book from Hafsah Faizal since We Hunt the Flame!
This book was perfect for my reading mood! I loved the slow build of this story as a group of unlikely allies came together.
Itβs been awhile since Iβve read a heist book and this book had me ready for more. It drew me in and a savored every second.
If I had to pick something I would change, I think more action would have been great. While I appreciate the slow build of a story, this one spent a touch to long on it.
Especially since the actual heist was quick and not full of all the action I wanted.
